No. Land Expo LLC is a real estate investment and contract-assignment company. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker.
How does a contract assignment work?+
If we agree on terms, Land Expo may enter into a purchase contract with the owner. When the property fits a qualified builder's needs, we may assign our contractual rights for a fee. The parties receive the applicable transaction documents before closing.
Does submitting my property obligate me to sell?+
No. A property submission is only a request for review. You are not obligated to accept an offer or sign a contract.
What types of land do you review?+
Our core focus is vacant residential land and buildable lots. We look at location, access, utilities, zoning, lot dimensions, title considerations, and current builder demand.
How quickly will someone respond?+
Our team reviews new submissions during business hours and follows up directly when the parcel or builder criteria may be a fit.
Who handles the closing?+
Transactions are coordinated through an appropriate title company, closing attorney, or escrow professional based on the property location and deal structure.
